sklearn.svm
.OneClassSVM¶
- class sklearn.svm.OneClassSVM(*, kernel='rbf', degree=3, gamma='scale', coef0=0.0, tol=0.001, nu=0.5, shrinking=True, cache_size=200, verbose=False, max_iter=-1)¶
Unsupervised Outlier Detection.
Estimate the support of a high-dimensional distribution.
The implementation is based on libsvm.
Read more in the User Guide.
- Parameters:
- kernel{‘linear’, ‘poly’, ‘rbf’, ‘sigmoid’, ‘precomputed’} or callable, default=’rbf’
Specifies the kernel type to be used in the algorithm. If none is given, ‘rbf’ will be used. If a callable is given it is used to precompute the kernel matrix.
- degreeint, default=3
Degree of the polynomial kernel function (‘poly’). Must be non-negative. Ignored by all other kernels.
- gamma{‘scale’, ‘auto’} or float, default=’scale’
Kernel coefficient for ‘rbf’, ‘poly’ and ‘sigmoid’.
if
gamma='scale'
(default) is passed then it uses 1 / (n_features * X.var()) as value of gamma,if ‘auto’, uses 1 / n_features
if float, must be non-negative.
Changed in version 0.22: The default value of
gamma
changed from ‘auto’ to ‘scale’.- coef0float, default=0.0
Independent term in kernel function. It is only significant in ‘poly’ and ‘sigmoid’.
- tolfloat, default=1e-3
Tolerance for stopping criterion.
- nufloat, default=0.5
An upper bound on the fraction of training errors and a lower bound of the fraction of support vectors. Should be in the interval (0, 1]. By default 0.5 will be taken.
- shrinkingbool, default=True
Whether to use the shrinking heuristic. See the User Guide.
- cache_sizefloat, default=200
Specify the size of the kernel cache (in MB).
- verbosebool, default=False
Enable verbose output. Note that this setting takes advantage of a per-process runtime setting in libsvm that, if enabled, may not work properly in a multithreaded context.
- max_iterint, default=-1
Hard limit on iterations within solver, or -1 for no limit.
- Attributes:

Not used, present for API consistency by convention.
- sample_weightarray-like of shape (n_samples,), default=None

- set_fit_request(*, sample_weight: bool | None | str = '$UNCHANGED$') OneClassSVM ¶
Request metadata passed to the
fit
method.Note that this method is only relevant if
enable_metadata_routing=True
(seesklearn.set_config
). Please see User Guide on how the routing mechanism works. The options for each parameter are:
True
: metadata is requested, and passed tofit
if provided. The request is ignored if metadata is not provided.False
: metadata is not requested and the meta-estimator will not pass it tofit
.None
: metadata is not requested, and the meta-estimator will raise an error if the user provides it.str
: metadata should be passed to the meta-estimator with this given alias instead of the original name.
The default (
sklearn.utils.metadata_routing.UNCHANGED
) retains the existing request. This allows you to change the request for some parameters and not others.New in version 1.3.
Примечание
This method is only relevant if this estimator is used as a sub-estimator of a meta-estimator, e.g. used inside a
Pipeline
. Otherwise it has no effect.- Parameters:
- sample_weightstr, True, False, or None, default=sklearn.utils.metadata_routing.UNCHANGED

sample_weight
parameter infit
.
- Returns:
- selfobject

- set_params(**params)¶
Set the parameters of this estimator.
The method works on simple estimators as well as on nested objects (such as
Pipeline
). The latter have parameters of the form<component>__<parameter>
so that it’s possible to update each component of a nested object.- Parameters:
- **paramsdict
Estimator parameters.
- Returns:
- selfestimator instance
Estimator instance.
